We have an Englefield bath which started bubbling 6 months prior to end of warranty and was subsequently deemed a manufacturing fault. It did take a wee while for Zip and us to work through the process of getting approval to replace from manufacturer, but Zip ended up coming to the party and offering replacement of the bath and cover all associated costs.
Malcolm from Zip Tawa organised and co-ordinated all the tradespeople required for the job (builder, plumber, and tiler) and as you can imagine, in this new normal world we find ourselves in, it was quite the feat.
All the tradespeople involved did an exceptional job. They were professional, respectful, and friendly and we were extremely impressed with the level of workmanship by all. Thank you.
And finally, thank you to Zip Tawa for honouring the old kiwi slogan, its the putting right that counts and they did.
