Goes the extra mile Josh really showed his local knowledge and connections, skill and service in getting a fast result. In a changing market and after no success with another agent, Josh got the offer and the sale in just weeks. As an out of town seller, Josh and his team went the extra mile to get the property listed and worked with building inspectors, cleaners and trades. Best Agent Josh made the process to purchase our first home so easy and smooth. He was always available to answer our questions promptly. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didnt pick up, he always call back. If I texted him a question or update, he would reply in 3 minutes or less. Highly recommended.
