        We have attempted this swim school over the years with 2 of our boys. The customer service was so rude and the communication very poor that we withdrew both kids from different classes and but were still billed several months after. 6 months later another direct debit has again been taken. Despite multiple attempts at contacting to sort this there is no reply. We haven't been to this swim school in 7 months but they still charge and then wont return calls.
