Deluxe

I used to really enjoy this shop and almost never left empty handed but I likely won't be back. A few weeks ago, I tried on a dress which was slightly too big but I loved. I asked the clerk if there was a smaller size. She glared at me and said they were all out. I then asked what size the one on the mannequin was. This time, I got outright annoyance and "I don't know" as the reply. I had decided to buy it anyway and take it in but when I came out of the dressing room, the clerk snatched it from my hands. Really appalling service which I've never had in this shop. It was a hot day and my tattoos were showing so perhaps they judged me on that? Although after reading the other reviews, sounds like they judge most of the customers. A quick Google search led me to the dress in my size and I happily ordered it elsewhere.

Went into this store today, incredibly helpful lady who put all my try ons into the changing room and kept checking on my friend and I. I purchased nil in the end as couldnt decide, my friend made a purchase. Friendly and helpful,

My sisters and I shopped at Deluxe on Sunday. Alice and Sarah were fabulous down to earth ladies who were very welcoming. Love the variety of stock. Thanks ladies for the great service
