        On the whole this company was great to work initially, however once the door was fitted I was told they were not able to cut the lock to fit the existing key. One of the things I so wanted was one key for both screen door and main door. This was confirmed by the salesperson. When the installer was starting, I confirmed the keys, stated I didn't want the door if I needed two keys, installer didn't confirm the keys until he had finished the job. Now I am expected to get all new keys cut and have two keys for one door
