Wow what can I say, quite honestly the worst company I've had the displeasure to work with, our windows were 5 weeks late which we were advised of the day of install so the house was boarded up for the winter, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude to my wife and hung up on her without giving us any information about when our windows were due to be delivered, they missed 2 delivery dates, once they finally arrived one window was cracked and had to be repaired... 4 weeks later a guy came to do that, he was really nice and the only good this company has, my advice to him is run, find somewhere else dude.

Great windows, awful service. We love our new windows and were gradually forgetting the pains of getting them. Things started well, we sent the specifications, got an initial quote and visited the showroom. Sadly this is when things went wrong. The notes from my visit didnt get updated. Yes, I didnt check the spec sheet, but I trusted that it would have been updated. We then came to order and thats when I noticed that things werent as agreed. We then had a painful period of me requesting changes, changes not being done, PBS asking questions, me and my project manager missing emails etc. - it was painful but I wasnt perfect either (Im being balanced and preempting the blaming response). The emails though were often rude and patronising and everything was my fault, even when it wasnt. The worst bit was the various missed delivery dates. Yes its COVID so we need to be understanding, but expectations werent set clearly. We then received confirmation 48h before delivery date, then nothing showed up (after our builder had opened up)- TWICE! Then half our windows were ready but PBS wouldnt deliver them so we had to find and pay for another company to deliver the windows that were available so our builder could progress. I initially tried to come to an agreement around splitting the additional costs incurred, over $2,000, but PBS refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. Frankly if they learned the word sorry then it would go a long way. Suffice to say I just paid in full to try to be a good customer and to draw a line under this painful experience. Eventually we got the windows and the glass fitters were terrific. We needed some additional windows for another part of the house and went elsewhere. I couldnt cope with the disorganisation and rude service again.
