Other men arrived a few day's later and professionally installed heat pump with good humour and nice tidy work. Great company, great job and 5 star service. Would recommend without hesitation. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. Managed to fit me in quickly after being let down by another after Id waited a month for the appointment. Im super pleased with the servicing, both units are super clean and look much fresher (even for what I suspect are slightly older units), the engineer took the time to give me cleaning advice and how to do so, and managed to fix a couple of missing screws on one of the units that meant the vent dropped forward and this is now no longer driving me nuts! He was really friendly and chatty, respectful of the madness of my virtual meetings, and even put up with my noisy little dog who thinks hes a big boy. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others, its been a seamless experience beginning to end from booking, to a timely arrival, and great work.
