We can not speak highly enough of the work Nigel, Phil and the rest of the tradies involved in the renovation of our Laundry, Bathroom and Toilet. The standard of work is of the highest quality and we couldn't be happier with the transformation of these rooms, they have been brought from the 1980's to 2022. I engaged Nigel and his team to renovate my old state house bathroom. I had a separate toilet/bathroom and I wanted to open it up completely. I had received a quote from an outlet in Porirua who will remain nameless that was less than satisfactory. What struck me was Nigel himself. Very approachable, totally listened to what I wanted, especially the quality of the fittings I had identified on the internet that I wanted, where the other crowd just wanted to use their cheap products, and wanted a 30% down payment before I even say a plan. We started the project with a small deposit to cover purchasing products in November. Nigel promised it would be delivered by Christmas and he was true to his word. There was extra effort to square the room up being an old house but all within the agreed budget. The quality is just amazing. The tiling is exceptional. Nigel also did other little things that he didnt need to like adding a valves for the water pressure between the basin faucet to ensure pressure isnt too hard. Its the little things as they say. I have no hesitation in recommending Nigel and his team. They are exceptional trades people.
