        Awful experience. We ended up to the tenancy tribunal as they refused to acknowledge our last rent payment (for which we had a receipt). They tried to charge us 50 dollars for a supposedly missing sheet. Overall very unprofessional and arrogant people.

        Utterly horrible experience with these people. Refused to fix a live wire dangling from the ceiling (was an existing issue when we moved into the property). Had to threaten to go to the tenancy tribunal to get any action. They were unresponsive to any other issues with the property, and very condescending. Very happy to collect their fees and rent though.
