Even before leaving the U.S. they've answered our emails and phone calls with patience and care, and taught us how to use the campervan once we were in Auckland. The campervan was clean and beautiful, and we knew we were in good hands with Pacific Horizon because Maryanne and her crew have THE BEST customer service! We highly recommend Pacific Horizon to anyone traveling in New Zealand!!

We just came back from our month touring around New Zealand in a Pacific Horizon campervan and we had the time of our life. The campervan was modern, confortable and spacious. At the end of our trip, when we gave the keys back, we really felt like we were leaving our home. The Pacific Horizon staff was always very kind, helpful, quick to respond to our questions, (patient) and there was no surprise cost at the end of our trip. We highly recommend to book one of their campervans, we know we will next time we come to New Zealand.

We hired a Pacific Horizon motorhome and we were picked up by Eddie at Auckland airport for a 7.5 week tour of both the North and South Islands. The handover session was smooth and Eddie was very cheerful, informative and friendly. During the course of this holiday we were very impressed with the professionalism, politeness, consideration and efficiency of Eddie, Maryann, John and Debs. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated with courtesy and respect every time we called. If we let things go for a day or two after a query, Maryann would follow up with a genuine courtesy call. Unlike other large, multi-national, money making companies this is a comparatively small, professional family-run business concentrating purely on the comfort and satisfaction of their customers. Their whole focus is on providing genuine old fashioned one-on-one service. Par excellence! It is unusual in this day and age to receive treatment like this and that is a credit to all management and staff involved. Hats off to John the pioneer! The motorhomes are thoughtfully equipped, modern, comfortable and totally suited to touring NZ. Diesel heating (backed up by electric) and solar panels ensure comfort while freedom camping and full Wifi can be provided on selected models. We were so impressed that on our return to Wellington, heading to Auckland for our return flight, we made a point of dropping into the PH office to meet Maryann. We found her to be warm, charming and sincere confirming the impression we had from our phone conversations. We would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Horizon Motorhomes to anyone planning a trip to NZ. We score them 11/10. Thank you, Pacific Horizon Motorhomes! We will return!
