Nice tough walk along some very scenic terrain. A few different tracks to choose from. The one along the beach is not established for very long and there is a small amount of rock hopping involved at high tide. The inland tracks are very steep in parts. The gun emplacements cordoned off but can be looked at. Restrooms: A simple but adequate public toilet block at the road end/car park.
