        I was totally deaf in one (blocked with wax) ear in early December. The Kelburn branch fitted me in at short notice and Gail was absolutely brilliant. She explained the process very well and explained what was happening throughout. It was very straightforward with no discomfort, I left with a sparkling clean ear and my hearing restored - and the pricing is excellent.

        Came in with my broken hearing aid from the US, and they fixed it on the spot! Even with replacing the receiver wire, examining my ears and diagnosing my cold, I was in there less than 20 minutes. Both of the staff are experienced experts, and very pleasant to deal with. The repair and replacement came in at only 4% of even the discounted Costco cost of the hearing aid set, so a verifiable technology bargain.
