They did a great job fixing my car but I had to wait several months before they could do it. It was still able to be driven while I waited.

These guys fixed my car via my insurance many yrs ago. Took 4 months to fix it and dealt to my car alarm with a hammer. Never worked properly again. Avoid.

Tustin's is always so amazingly friendly and helpful. The rear striker plate on my RAV4 has two nut and bolts to fix it in place. One of the nuts had fallen inside the body of the car. I spent hours and hours with magnets, pieces of wire and even a vacuum cleaner to try and retrieve the lost nut. Having more or less given up, I went to see the always helpful Tustins. The very cool receptionist asked a technician to please take a look and almost immediately, Paul skipped across the busy Marsden Street eager to help. Within less than two minutes he had stripped out the interior cladding and exposed the inspection holes. All that was left was for me to fish out the missing nut and screw the bolt back in.
