        I have received my new passport in the mail today! My appointment with KBRI was on 19-Sep and the passport was sent out on 27-Sep (which means it only took 5 working days to process, the staff told me it would take 8 working days). Pak Fernanda Adji was exceptional in assisting me throughout the whole process and was very swift in responding as well, thank you!

        Hi, On the 4th September I came to Wellington for the renewal of my passport at KBRI , Glenn Rd, Kelburn. It was raining when I arrived at 10am. I intended to wait outside till 11 oclock appointment. Nanda from front office with immaculate bronze suit and tie saw me and invited me in with Lombok smile. He immediately served and helped me work out with all the details. At 11am it was all complete and I went happily back to Christchurch. I appreciated the very helpful and efficient service.
