        Terrible schedule management. Waiting 30-45 min for my appointment to begin is normal. Booked at 10:30, seen the doctor at 11:10 the same every time! Doctors qualification and involvement has also been questioned. Feeling unwell? Take panadol. Doesnt help? Take antibiotics.

        Absolutely exceptional - the doctors and nurse all seem to be extremely caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. They make an effort to follow up and check in with calls/messages outside of standard appointments.
