AA Auto Centre Kelburn

Very unhappy with my experience with this AA auto centre. Communication was really poor, after calling in to ask if they had room to take my car for the day they said they had space. However, didn't hear from them all day until I called and they weren't going to let me know my car would have to stay over night. Labour cost was then higher than average. Failed my warrant due to needing panel beating for a scratch. Ended up going to a different mechanic which passed my car without panel beating which would've costed thousands. Won't be coming back.

Popped the car down there first thing this morning for a warrant and service with no appointment. They promptly sent photos of things that needed to be fixed. They had the parts and the turn around was a couple of hours. Very impressed. Would recommend.

Great service, I'd left my lights on overnight so I just rocked up on a Saturday and asked for help, they helped me recharge my car battery quick and easy for a good price :) Top man

Genuine people that provides great auto service. Never had an issue after taking my car here for service or WoF. Will recommend anyone to take their car here. Recommend that you speak to Bing. He will find the cheapest or most economical parts for your car. Great guy.
