One Fat Bird

While the service was great and the space is lovely, our food was unfortunately really disappointing. The pizza base was completely uncooked and inedible. The eye fillet steak was over cooked, and the potato gratin was a tough piece of dried up pre-cooked potato. It was absolutely not worth the $42 price tag.

It's ok, serving staff were nice and friendly but there wasn't much atmosphere and the food wasn't that great. The fried chicken was pretty pale and very reliant on a good sauce accompanying it, the burger wasn't very exciting and chips were simple with a quite watery aoli sauce. Not what we expected for the price. In future would probably just go for a drink.

Can be noisy when live musicians are playing. I revisited the venue out of necessity and enjoyed my Caesar Salad but my other companions didn't rate their food that much. Quite pricey but not outrageous. Great staff though. UPDATE: I had a great Eggs Benedict for brunch and it was perfect. Excellent service too, hence the upgrade to 5 stars.
