The diagnostic fee was around $450, and the part replacement for the Bosch dishwasher was around $250-$300. After all of that, the dishwasher was still not repaired. The guy returned, took it to the workshop, but couldn't find the problem. They demanded an additional $450 to have someone else come and diagnose it! Ridiculous and deceptive business! When they can't fix it, instead of a refund, they dare to ask for $450 for another diagnosis without any guarantee. Not a good experience! Service: Dishwasher repair

Took my 3 year old Smeg microwave in and asked them to tell me whether it would be 'economic to repair' which I assumed would take a matter of minutes as it wasn't heating. I chased them after a week of not hearing and was told it would need a bunch of parts costing over $500 (the microwave was $300). I was then charged $75 for a 'large appliance assessment'. I queried the fee, given I was not advised there would be a fee, and never heard back from them. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy Smeg again. Update 1year later: And thanks for the generic response (which you have given every other negative review), it only took a year to get a response. Carry on.
