Their furniture is flat pack and NONE OF THE PARTS HAVE LABELS, making putting it together 8000% harder than it needs to be! The joke goes that flat pack furniture drives people mad, well oakano flat pack really will drive you mad!

We bought a Koeler about 2 years ago and unfortunately the quality is not as anticipated. The internal parts of the drawers are made from MDF and have bowed and are no longer usable. The front of drawer also keeps falling off. We tried to contact Oakano twice within the first year of purchase regarding our concerns and no one followed up with us. We do not recommend Oakano.

Worst shopping experience ever!! Never reply your email never answer your call, Im waiting for the broken headboard for 10 months and the whole company is fxking lost?!!

I'm really disappointed with the amount of hidden MDF in the furniture. Beware when they say engineer wood.. this is really mdf. Also my draws won't line up properly and they are ignoring my emails at this point. 950 bucks for a wonky sent of draws full of mdf. (And I got 40% off .. now they are 1200) rip off! Also The head board of the Kohler storage bed is extremely flimsy, although solid oak it's thin and flexible. Really disappointed with my purchase overall. I have a lot of woodworking to do now to make these more quality pieces of furniture that will last longer than a year or 2. My bed frame also has a minor crack from the manufacturing process which they have not addressed either. Do not buy from this place without viewing their products in a show room first. You might be in for some unpleasant surprises in regards to quality and construction.
