Martin and the team at THIS are practical, helpful, give good advice, and have always fitted me into their busy schedules for various builders reports and healthy homes inspection report. I've found their reports to be more detailed and thorough than other providers in Wellington. I would recommend THIS to others.

I've had a couple of reports on homes in the Wellington city area prepared by Martin now. Really happy with the service - he's always worked hard to accommodate my last-minute planning, and he takes time to talk through the findings as well as preparing the written report quickly. Really recommended - I'll use him again.

Can't say enough good things about Martin and the service he provides. Excellent and fast communication; incredibly thorough inspection; clear, thorough report; and great post-report communication as well (for follow-up questions). Highly recommend Martin and Total Home Inspection Services. He responded immediately to our request for an healthy homes assessment of our rental property, and did a thorough assessment and full report at a good price. He very kindly looked at something that needed fixing at our house and recommended a builder to complete that job. That recommendation turned out to be absolutely brilliant! Martin was great to deal with. He did a pre-home purchase builder's report for me. It is very thorough and easy to understand. Martin was really helpful answering my questions on the phone afterward as well and really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone needing a builder's report.
