        I wish I could give more stars but I can't. Richard no longer owns this business (the business was taken over recently) and we were happy with the bathroom renovation done many years ago when Richard was the owner. The new owner operator visited to discuss our bathroom renovation. I could sense strongly that he wasn't listening to my requirements and he tried to change my mind because it was 'easier' for him to build. A quote was going to be provided "asap". Twelve days later (8 business days) we are still waiting for the quote so I assume Absolute Bathrooms is not interested in the job. A courteous thanks but no thanks via email or phone call would have sufficed. Bad communication. Unprofessional.
