ZERO STARS, if you lookup DUMB in the Oxford English Dictionary, You will find a picture of a castle parcels employee, how do you constantly stuff up ALL my orders, I do not buy from vendors who use you as their courier service. Do not recommend these even to my worst enemy.........

My package arrived quick, sent by Castle but arrived to me thru Post haste. tracking is pretty up to date,

SYGH? Nope, no, nada. Sure, you often dont get a choice of who a company sends by BUT if you need to send, stick to NZ Post, at least when they screw up, they try to find a resolution. - Package (2 day delivery) picked up 07/12 - Its now 15/12 and no package - Called three times, responses and outcomes were 1. The driver was off sick last week, hes got a huge backlog, well find out and txt you (no txt) 2. The driver was away last week on a family event, well call you as he should get it around tomorrow but has a huge backlog (no call) 3. The driver still has a huge pile of deliveries, but you can come pick up from the depot (defeating the purpose of a courier) but I agreed. Well call you if we can find the package. (No call) Who knows what happens next

Parcel delivered to 71 instead of 75, not sure if the can't read or can't count.
