I was not impressed with the service at this place. I had 2 specific questions, 1 was answered eventually. The other was IGNORED which meant that I bought a replacement for a part that was still functional & in fact it is easier to connect than the part that they shouldn't have sold me! The only consolation was that it only cost me $4.38! Because there is a defect further back in the wiring another company that does the work will be approached. Even if they had inhouse sparkles I wouldn't be going back the again.
