        I called Straight Flush to come and look at a downpipe that, when it rained, the water was backing up in the underground drain and coming up the "sleeve" that the downpipe was sitting in. They came, they immediately got their "jigger" machine out to use without discussing the problem with me or even discussing possible causes. Upon using the machine the bill automatically went to nearly $300 (incl GST). He was here for less than half an hour. The downpipe drain was not blocked and as soon as it rained again the problem was back. I would not use this company again. They did not look at possible causes - they just got their machine out so that they could charge out the fee. They will get no stars from me Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
