From the inital call I made to the 0800 number, I was extremely impressed with Refresh and their level of customer service. Jeff at Refresh Khandallah made contact very promptly and from there he was extremely knowlegable, helpful and professional. Jeff and his team went going above and beyond, to get my report completed in the very short I had available to me. Exceptional service, exceptional people. I can't recommend their services highly enough.

Jeff & his team (thank you especially Melissa) helped me with a bathroom/toilet/flooring project I had been putting off for years. They helped coordinate all the trades involved & their attention to detail meant I ended up with a much higher standard or workmanship & significantly less headaches. Thank you so much.

Really thrilled with the work Jeff, Melissa and the team did to make our old and very difficult bathroom look amazing. And as an added bonus, not once did I have to clean up after any of the wonderful tradies!
