I asked Aspen to come to look at a recent concreting job, completed by another company, that was not at all satisfactory. Water was pooling on an access path because of incorrectly levelled pathing, with leaves gathering in the water and creating an unsafe slippery mess. After a quick conversation, Stuart had assessed the issue and given me a description of what needed to be done. Huw contacted me with a great, easily understood quote, which was accepted. Ross and Jack turned up and explained to me the issue in more detail, and what they were going to do to address the problem. When I got home from work, the slot drain was laid in position, level and ready for concreting in next day. The thing I valued about the approach to this work was that at no time did I feel anxious, and I could see that the team had found the best possible solution to a sticky problem. We are an existing client. Emailed in October, told would be given a quote and work would be completed within 12months. Emailed in February to bring email to the top of their inbox..and in March...and in April..and in May... To follow up on the response below - the items we specified are unrelated to the property manager and this was made clear in the original request and the follow up emails.
