Had a shocking experience with Allied Wellington depot. My things were not delivered on the day they were suppose to come there excuse was.. 'No where to park' absolutely pathetic!!. There was zero communication no emails no phone calls 'NOTHING'. Couldn't even be bothered to walk up to my home and say " Hey is there anywhere I could park?". My stuff wasn't delivered to a week later in the meantime, had no choice but to sleep on the floor. Absolute joke!!. There service, communication, punctuality and over all service is rubbish. Only rating a 1 star as nothing was broken.

Really poor a new Kitchen being picked up from Lower Hutt to a North island destination is 3 weeks late so far, and employees have outright lied on several occasions, and are consistently evasive. They never call back or email when they say they will. Combined with incompetence this is a(n expensive) bad mix. AVOID!

Poor customer service. Staff arrived early to the appointment then left, and when we called him he was very upset, complaining he has to go somewhere else etc... Then the quote to move from Wellington to Auckland was about 20% more expensive than what we paid to move from Sydney to Wellington with the same company. Storage was like 3 times the price... As we got no response on some requests by email, we called them in Dec. Again, very unfriendly, saying that he was on leave... So don't pick up the phone then! Finally found another provider, which was way cheaper and very professional. The team in Australia was great tho. Very professional, reasonable price.

I don't how they won all those awards....maybe they write their own reviews. watched one guy drop my microwave on my TV unit bending one support. Asked before they were packing slate pool table if they wanted me to remove pockets so they didn't get broken. They said no need to...found 3x broken pockets...plus glasses plates etc broken...when I brought up these issues I was basically ignored which was in par with the whole experience. the only time they showed any interest was when I payed the Bill. Note I shifted from Australia to Wellington
