One of the tracks nearby. When here with my teens and the tracks is relatively easy and manageable for most fitness level. It is well paved and we saw many native trees along the ways. I enjoyed picking and tasting wild berries as well here. My hubby rode his bike here and we saw many using bikes and scooter as well. Some parts of the track give us the view of Wellington Harbour. Its beautiful indeed

Parts of this walk provide a beautiful view of the motorway and harbour. I recommend bringing a camera! There is also the occasional kerer (wood pigeon) in the surrounding bush that accompanies the path. Overall, expect a sheltered walk on concrete, with trees and bush muffling the traffic below while providing some cover from the elements. The path is steep and not wheelchair-friendly, but bikes, scooters, and prams will fare well.
