Pest Control

Like a lot of Wellington properties were back into a hillside which means easier access for rats. Pestproof were extremely helpful with advice over the phone about traps, bait, placement and more. They are keen to ensure we trapped as many as possible to reduce any chance of rats dying inside ceiling or wall cavities due to bait. A week and half a dozen successful trappings later theres no longer any evidence of rats inside the house. Pestproof are providing long term control through bait stations and placement of my goodnature traps through the garden. I cannot praise these guys enough. Theyre helpful, communicative and reasonably priced.

Well they were fast enough to come out and put bait in our roof but didn't communicate the risk of doing so. Now we have to spend thousands of dollars having the now ruined insulation removed and replaced as a result of the rodents dying in it so watch out for this - unfortunately the T&C's state this isn't their problem even though I feel it should have been a communicated risk. Unhappy with the outcome would be putting it mildly.
