        treat their on-hire workers with little to no regard or respect - anything from making them work up to legally questionable 15-16hr shifts on lollypop duty without access to laterines or breaks (and expect them to be back at work 7hrs later in a sleep deprived state thus risking a serious incident) to passing the buck onto them when a peice of equipment malfunctions then using that reason to justify them dimissing the on-hire worker - and their culture preaches "respect, honesty and zero harm" - pull the other one.
