        Appalling service. Took 6 weeks for microwave to be fixed, and only then when I kicked up a fuss with the retailer. Retailer said they were hopeless. Tried to call Coastal direct several times but phone just kept ringing.

        If you want to wait 20 yrs to get your item back from repair with no communication come to this company. If you want a repair in a time-frame then go to someone else. Minus 1 Service: Washing machine repair

        Very poor customer service. No communication skills. Don't reply to emails or voice messages. You can only use Coast to fix your Samsung products and they are dire. Waited 28 days for them to come out. Service: Dishwasher repair

        Would not recommend. They have currently had our washing machine for fixing for 9 weeks, and the communication is terrible. The only time we hear from them is when we call them (and 90% of the time they dont answer their phone). Terrible service.
