(Translated by Google) The sanctuary is beautifully designed and the enclosures are big enough. You can see kiwis and many other birds and reptiles. My personal highlight was the kk feeding in the afternoon. A special experience to experience wild forest parrots so close.

Had a lot of nice birds there. Friendly staff. Fairly easy to see birds in the aviaries.

Great experience for all ages. Got to see both Kiwis up close from well setup enclosures as well as a number of other local rare New Zealand creatures. Friendly knowledgeable staff gave great heartfelt talks.

Came in on a rainy day, took myself for the tour & it was amazing. Umbrellas & hiking sticks available. Went to the lookout & it was fantastic. The only suggestion I would say, is to have more markers of how far away you are from the lookout as youre walking. There is also the option to hike up Braddicks track, about an 8 hour loop, but you must let staff know as the car park closes at 6pm. Watched the Eels get fed & saw plenty of birds in the averys. The staff were very kind & informative. $24 per adult but half price if youre a local from Featherston to Danniverke. 10/10
