Capital Drain Unblockers

We have a blocked drain pit with water seeping through a retaining wall. Warren came fortnight ago and said he would sort it the following week. He seemed like a nice guy but didnt turn up that week. After contacting him he texted he would come the following weds or thurs weather permitting. He didnt come and didn't contact me. When I rang him today(Friday) to find out when he was coming he said he had too much work on before Xmas and cancelled the job. He said the weather had been too bad to work on the drainage pit- he doesnt like getting muddy apparently! Doesnt seem to have occurred to him that the bad weather had compounded our problem - and he didnt care either. I am disappointed and let down as I could have just booked someone else to do the job if he had said he was too busy instead of waiting round a fortnight for him. Now a few days before Xmas its going to be really difficult.

Excellent service from Warren at Capital Drain Unblockers. He was efficient, friendly and very thorough with a blocked drain we had. Out of all the people we have had over the years to unblock a drain he was the best! He even left the blocked drain area cleaner and tidier than before he came! All of the dirty, gross, waste overflow surrounding the drain had all been cleaned up! Covers which I taken off the drains when they were blocked he had put back after he had finished unblocking them. Very impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommended and deserving of 5 stars!
