        Absolutely annoyed that I told my mum to go to yous rather than her usual, just for her to get there for her 9:30am appt and yous haven't even opened up. Yet the opening time says 9am, that's tacky and lazy. Definitely won't be sending anyone else to yous.

        At Upper Hutt branch. The service was ok, was quite cheap price. However my hair was handled quite roughly. I had to ask a few times for them to not brush my hair so hard, i could feel it ripping. I was happy with the results but my hair was quite damaged after. May not go back or recommend. Service: Balayage
