Before joining the Members Club I was overwhelmed with no clear direction - I knew WHAT I wanted to do, but I had no idea HOW to do it. Yesterday I had my second coaching call with Jo and Sam and wanted to write a review to share my experience with others. My first coaching call was around 18 months ago, and with the support of the VA Foundry and Jo and Sam, my business continued to grow, and Im now at full capacity. For the last few months, my mind has been like a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle tipped out on the floor and waiting to be put together. So many thoughts, ideas and overwhelm led me to booking a coaching call with Jo and Sam. The coaching couldnt have been any better. From the start, we established my goals, and to be honest, I was all over the place with what I wanted to do, how I could do that and the end result. But, by working through it and Jo and Sam asking the right questions, I was able to unravel all those thoughts and ideas and make sense of them. You know the phrase when the penny drops, well, I had more like when the $2 coin drop moments in the call. The process was logical, relaxed, and inspiring. In the end, I had a coherent plan of action, direction, and an enormous amount of excitement for my future business plan and goals. I can honestly say that I could not have done this on my own. The combined support, knowledge, experience and positivity Jo and Sam gave me was incredible value for money. The added value of the coaching is that Jo and Sam live and breathe the VA industry, so they get it, and they sure got me! After the coaching, I had a sense of calm along with the excitement that although I have a lot of hard work ahead of me to get to where I want my business to be, it will be worth every minute of my time. I encourage anyone wherever you are on your VA journey to invest in a coaching session with Jo and Sam. I definitely plan to book in for another one in 12 months.
