Last year I moved into a house with a newly installed heat pump but realized quickly something was wrong with it when I found that there had been a massive leak down the wall and into the carpet. The leak occurred while operating the AC and Dehumidifier settings within a few minutes of them being active. I ceased using those settings and put off getting the repair, expecting it to be a significant cost. A year later after getting some recommendations from Facebook, I found On Point Engineering. The reviews looked promising so I went ahead and called. My call was answered almost immediately and Miles informed me that due to a cancelation they might be able to swing same day service and he would keep in touch. Not long later I was informed that they could be at my residence in 30 minutes. Miles and Sophie arrived on the dot and were very friendly, respectful and polite. They thoroughly serviced my heat pump and quickly found the cause of the leak (had not been correctly wired) which was fixed and tested immediately. The whole job ended up taking ~30 minutes. Due to the repair being so straightforward, I was not charged more than the standard service fee which is very reasonable. I highly recommend On Point Engineering and will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.
