TANK Upper Hutt- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

The last few times I have tried to get a tank from here they were shut due to lack of staff which was understandable however there didnt seem to be any consistency on when they were open. Today I went past and saw 2 people working which was great I thought however when I came back not even 5 minutes later, both workers were gone and there was no sign saying wether or not they were open. There was at least 5 other customers who came over to order a drink then saw it appeared to be closed before wondering off. Not great

Nice drinks but customer service a bit woeful at the moment. Say they're open but then they close via deliveryeasy One issue where I was there in person and there was a mix up with the drinks and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me.

Website says open from 9am-5.30pm. Arrived at 1.45pm, looks open, nothing on the counter to say they are closed so I waited for around 15mins assuming the worker was perhaps in the toilet. Came back at 2.10pm and still no one there??? If youre not open, have a sign to state such to avoid wasting peoples time please. - edit: went back to the mall the following day after posting my review and noticed a sign on the counter saying sorry tank is closed, dont know when returning thank you for putting up a sign :)

Two star because the drinks are nice. Kind of ridiculous though that the hours clearly state 9am - 5:30pm on Monday and yet the last two times I've been there at 10:30am I've been told they don't open for another hour? Not only did the young girl not say anything while I and a few other customers looked their menu but stood at the counter and waited until we came up to order when she very well could have told us standing a meter away from her. Customer service is usually bland but the drinks are generally good. I made an order online today for 11:10am only to arrive to see a sign saying they'll be back in 60 minutes??? Seriously. Seems like the store is lacking in management & customer service training while the store is being run by kids who don't really want to be there
