        Granted it was during the highs and lows of the last few COVID years, we give grace. But communication was not a strong point, a timeline was never given to us at any point during the process. Although our kitchen at the end is almost everything I asked for in the consultation, some things got missed/forgotten (my fault for not reminding them as they were not routine requests), potentially other customers products turned up at our residence (they asked us if we had another clients items, but said items were clearly ours cause it wasnt the same item), and just lack of communication through the project in general. Overall kitchen is 95% what we wanted. A year down the track a draw still isnt working right from the get go cause we have uneven floors and the repair they did, didnt necessarily make it better or worse. Not sure Id recommend them if youre into details.
