It's a very busy place. After having my doctor retire this year they will make sure there is a doctor available for when needed.

The wait time to see your doctor is weeks, the duty doctor is so rushed an appointment only lasts 3min, and doc has no time to listen, repeat prescription for asthma was ignored, phoned again a week later, told it would be filled, it wasnt, then I was told i had to make an appointment to see a doctor. A complete mess. just to get the paperwork. It is easier to ignore medical problems than try to see anyone. These issues happen often, not just a one off. Reception are not interested in hearing complaints, and will talk over you. Also my personal doctor keeps changing, as they keep leaving.

one of the receptionists I spoke to today was lovely and very helpful, the other lady couldnt care that my son and me had been waiting an hour for our appointment. after waiting half an hour i was told it was a duty doctor my son was booked with and that I should understand there are emergencies. Yes i understand that but when I have a 1.5 year old who has had gastro for a week they couldve let me know roughly how long i would be waiting otherwise I wouldnt have gone. My son was crying and running around, i was crying from waiting feeling ill and being stressed yet one of the receptionists just asked if i wanted to go. My son gets severely sick often and has had the ambulance called multiple times. Waiting over an hour is ridiculous. Also when ordering prescriptions that are extremely urgent, they do not care and take 3 plus days to do it. I am really really disappointed at the service i received today.
