Maidstone Yamaha Centre

I recently traded my bike at Maidstone Yamaha. The whole experience was made incredibly easy by Mac. First,we agreed the deal on the phone.I gave Mac the details of my bike.He didn't want photos,my description was enough. I had to trailer my bike down to Upper Hutt,because of the amount of extras that went with it.We got it off the trailer,Mac started it,that was the extent of his evaluation of my bike. When you've been in the game as long as Mac has,I imagine you just know whether a bike and its owner are genuine or not. Unlike other shops I have traded/purchased bikes from,the entire process took about 30 minutes,including the trailering of the new bike for the journey home(and that took about 20 minutes in itself).More often than not,it takes about 90 minutes for a shop to get the process sorted. Mac gave me a brand new rear tyre as the existing one was close to done,only just getting a WOF. In conversation,we have a great friend in common,and I found out my brother had bought a GSX1400 from Mac some 12 months earlier.His experience was the same as mine,fast,friendly, and a damn good deal. I can't express enough,how easy and enjoyable an experience it was to have dealt with Mac , and , Maidstone Yamaha in Upper Hutt. Thanks Mac.

Bought a used bike from these guys and Mac went out of his way to make sure I was happy and get it to me safely, working around storm disruptions. Good comms and service, thanks again

First time getting my CBR650R serviced with new tyres and sprocket and chain replacement these guys are top A class very friendly top servicemen work, I'm very happy with what that did and the price was right as well! if you haven't checked these guys out or looking for a new bike come to Maidstone Yamaha!
