        I Haven't even signed up yet, and what a nightmare, won't listen, there way or nothing, its all about money not what one would like, I will re edit this comment later should I join, waiting on information to arrive. Well have joined up to medic alert after speaking with another lady that seemed to get things sorted for me, but had problems with the silicone band, answer was , I can't help with problem its not my department send an email to this person (which I did NO RESPONSE) in all sorry can't help, don't want to, pass the buck, ingraving person didn't respond, who cares, we got your money, absolutely Appling support medic alert, I ended up solving the band problem with the help of a jewelry store another $35 medic alert do you care? Nope.
