Absolutely useless, went to them yesterday and asked if they could simply just restart my phone as it was frozen. The lady tried to tell me I needed a new phone screen (for a small crack that has never affected the use) and tried to also tell me that my home button was broken which it wasnt because I literally used it to unlock my phone infront of her. She kept telling me I needed a full screen replacement, and refused to restart it via iTunes. Got home and jumped on google, and all I had to do was press the two volume buttons once and then the power button and restarted my phone and it is now working perfect. Clearly they do not know iPhones and just like to scam people for money.

I dont usually leave reviews however I wanted to make a special note for this store. Staff were attentive, friendly and honesty. Some phone repair stores fail to disclose certain details of the repair but phone zone was completely transparent of what they can/ cant do!
