Team LEDGERndary! When we decided to sell, we knew Team Ledger were the best in the field - and boy did they shine! From the initial chats, appraisals, through to the photos and open homes, working with Team Ledger was superb. They are super knowledgeable, extremely personable, highly efficient, always courteous, will go the extra mile for their clients, and boy they know how to work all the latest social media! We always felt we are in good hands and with the teams' calm demeanour, the whole selling process was seamless and stress free. Team Ledger kept us informed every step of the way. Sold in a falling market. We had to sell Mum's house as she needed to go into care. The market was falling and there was not a great deal of activity. However, the property was staged really well, and the team marketed it and ran the open homes superbly and achieved a great sale price within a relatively short period of time. During the process they communicated with us very well, so we knew where we were at all times. They were also very calm and reassuring during the whole process. We had dealt with them before and they were the only agents we considered, and we are more than happy with the entire process. If we need to sell again, we would only deal with these wonderful people!

Best Agent in Upper Hutt!!! Sharlene has been an absolute gem to deal with helping us to find our first home! Sharlene has gone above and beyond showing us homes at times that were convenient to us as well as keeping us updated on suitable property's. Sharlene has great communication & property knowledge. Fantastic Service from an Awesome Team With Team Ledger we got the knowledge and horse power of the collective which brought us a great result in a market that was not favoring sellers.
