        Installer came around, said the aireal could not be installed onto plaster cladding. Said it would crush the cladding. Ended up calling sky to get another company to install, installer came around that afternoon and was done within 10mins, very tidy work, no problems. Would avoid using this company. Clearly in need of training on cladding systems.

        Andre had a rather complex search to find the fault in our cabling, but not only fixed it he also improved our setup considerably. All that and a very light bill at the end. Thanks, would heartily recommend.

        Daniel came to set the the Sky Decoder for my apartment. He also helped me take up my TV from my truck up three stories of stairs and helped set that up too. Excellent customer service and communication. Thanks Daniel :)
