        Peace of Mind was recommended to us by two separate people, so we asked them to come out and give us a quote for a screen door. We were told we'd have a quote within a couple of days, but after 2 weeks, I phoned to ask about our quote. The person who answered could only send an email to the person who had been around to measure. Two more weeks and two more phone calls also resulted in nothing. I can only assume we weren't worth the time as we didn't want the more expensive product? We'll never know.

        My opinion: In my dealings with him, I found the owner to be arrogant and frugal with the truth. Our issues were only settled after a letter from my solicitor threatening further legal action.
