        Not a lot of shops & very little foot traffic. Has the Warehouse & Farmers but all very quiet. Plenty of parking as the underground parking was empty?

        To be quite honest I have never been to any shopping centre ( if you call The Mall a shopping centre) in NZ that charges its customers for parking. Even the Westfield in New Market provides free parking. I dont understand what The Malls management is thinking. I parked there as my wife urgently needed to buy something and my child was unwell, and it was bucketing down. it turned out was a bad decision, my car got its photo taken and i got my $65 ticket. I will pay for it, but I will stop going there, even The Warehouse was pretty much the only shop I visited.
