        John is very knowledgeable and personable. Will get you out of the IT jam you just got yourself in when you pushed that button that you had no idea would destroy the 1000+ family photos you've been saving since 2006. Ring this guy up and let him wave his magic wand over your dilapidated hulk of a laptop/desktop. Or get it replaced by John from his vast array of technically superior, and therefore better, laptops and computers.
