        I rang tonight and it was only after 3 calls did I get an actual person. We have had no water since about 9pm 27.12.2021(well that is when we noticed we did not have water). The council knew nothing abot this issue. The guy I spoke to said he would log the call and I would either...get a call...get a visit...or I should call back in half an hour. So I gave them 45 minutes...no call...no visit so I called them back. Got told the call was logged at 9.12pm and I would get a visit from someone. Sat up till 12.30 waiting. Went to bed disgusted at the lack of service. Poor form SWDC
