        The lady that we spoke to tonight was extremely unprofessional. We ordered a taxi earlier today and were advised that it was cash only, once we arrived at our destination we were told to get cash from an ATM (which we did). Later tonight we rang to order a taxi from the same company, and I suggested they should explain to customers its cash only beforehand and she hung up the phone. My boyfriend then called the company and asked for a taxi, she also hung up. I wasnt unpleasant or rude, I just explained its important for customers to know this. I would not recommend using this company.
