        $75 dollar call out fee to fix a Beko fridge design fault, they could have told me what to do over the phone. It took the service person 2 minutes to fix and 30 minutes travel. A waste of his time and my money, totally feel ripped off. I tried to discuss this issue with the business owner, he refused to return my calls. Please do yourself a favour and never buy anything from them. Look at the other 1 star reviews, I'm not the only one that has experienced terrible after sales service. I know that I will never buy another product from them, and I've spent thousands of dollars with them up until now and referred many of my friends and family to them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
